I always raise an eyebrow(with great suspicion) when I hear of a company that claims to do anything and everything. Almost certainly disappoints many paid members who rely on their help, and they realize they've only complicated matters by involving a middle man. In life and death scenarios, you are best to contact your local emergency services, and get taken to a local facilities, instead of having high hopes dashed when calling GR.
