It can happen to anyone. You have prepared for one year to climb Africa’s highest mountain. You are fit, have all the right gear, bought your ticket and flew to East Africa. You are ready to start your climb and are at the base of the mountain. Now, all of a sudden, you feel really sick. It happens to lots of people - stress, new environment, new food, too many conflicting prescriptions, etc.
