What is the weather like in late November and early December? I tried to change my climb to Mid December so that I can enjoy the full moon as well but the tour company I am with can’t accomodate. Is their rain in late November and what is the visibility like? Would it be better to wait until mid to late December or January?

October and November are the short rains and sometimes that extends into early Dec. It would be very rainy for the first few days, and you would probably see snow.

late Dec and January would be way better.

What is the weather like in Mid October? I have heard short rains. We are doing our hike beginning October 14th. Will we be miserable because of the rain?
