When I’m not on the road, you’re most likely going to find me either in class at the University of Washington, at events featuring electronica music, hanging out with friends at coffee shops, or at work as a part-time sales associate. After graduating in March, I plan to go back to Tanzania to volunteer in a health-related field.

Eventually, I’ll come back to Seattle and apply to the PhD program in Pathobiology at the UW’s School of Public Health where I can hopefully focus on malaria research. Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to have travelled all over Eastern Europe, Germany, Italy, and Hong Kong/Macau. The last time I left the country was back in September for a one-month solo backpacking trip around Thailand. It’s been way too long, so saying that I’m excited about Tanzania is an understatement!
