Cold Weather On Kilimanjaro
Mount Kilimanjaro is on the equator (actually just about 8 degree south), but it can be cold up on the mountain, even at only 10,000 ft. This climber was only at Machame Camp, which is the first day on the Machame Route coming from the Machame Gate.
She was very cold. Make sure to pack gloves, warm hat, so you are comfortable for one week.
