This picture is a typical meal on the mountain. It’s generally rice or a pasta, some grilled veggies and a piece of meat, with some soup and bread. The meat is generally chicken and sometimes you only get meat for the first few days, as there is no refrigeration on the mountain. Some companies serve meat everyday but have porters going back to the village to bring fresh meat up the mountain.
