Mt. Kilimanjaro Climber Profiles

Check out some of the people who have climbed Kilimanjaro.

Francesca Mazurkiewicz

My name is Francesca but I am better known in the BootsnAll community as Freesia. I have lived in Chicago just about my whole life and this is where I first met the Boot Boyz, Sean and Chris, back in 1997. I was lucky enough to be around for the beginning of BootsnAll, and I would do anything to help out my old friends. Taking part in this trip to Africa is just another way for me to support BootsnAll and all it stands for.

Mary K. Busch

I was born on the east coast, but have lived all over the United States. Currently, I live in San Francisco, am 32, and work as a SAP Analyst, which means that I do large software implementations. Boring huh? That’s why I need this trip to Africa!

born in Hong Kong, but I grew up in Boston. My father was a chef and I
have inheirted his love of both cooking and eating. I like to travel,
but with out my husband I don’t think I would have every opted for a
year long trip. I’ll be celebrating my 31st birthday on our first day
of the trip.
