For those about to visit Kilimanjaro, Moshi town is in the throes of a face lift with half finished buildings growing skyward and previously tired old walls freshened up. The streets are luscious green, yellow and red with flowering trees and the ever present Kilimanjaro has a stunning &#039;ice cream&#039; topping. Karibu Kilimanjaro?
